FROG EYE SALAD

List of Ingredients
- 1 box Acini Depepe macaroni, cooked and drained
- 3 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 4 tsp. flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cans pineapple tidbits
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 1 small jar marschino cherries
- 1 small pkg minature marshmallows
Instructions
- Mix pineapple juice, flour, sugar, eggs and salt in small sauce pan and cook until mixture thickens. Add macaroni, mix and let set in refrigerator overnight.
- Next day add: pineapple, oranges, cherries and marshmallows. Refrigerate until serving time.
