MUNCHIE CRUNCHY BROCCOLI SALAD

List of Ingredients
- 2 medium bunches broccoli; washed, drained and trimmed into bite size pieces
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 medium onion, Vidalia or purple (sliced thin)
- 1 (3.75 oz.) pkg. salted sunflower kernels
- Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in serving bowl.
- Prepare dressing by blending all ingredients well and pour over salad.
- Toss the salad and serve chilled.
