    MUNCHIE CRUNCHY BROCCOLI SALAD

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 medium bunches broccoli; washed, drained and trimmed into bite size pieces
    • 1 cup raisins
    • 1/2 medium onion, Vidalia or purple (sliced thin)
    • 1 (3.75 oz.) pkg. salted sunflower kernels
    • Dressing:
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
    • 1/4 cup sugar


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in serving bowl.

    2. Prepare dressing by blending all ingredients well and pour over salad.

    3. Toss the salad and serve chilled.
