    WALDORF PASTA SALAD

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 7 oz pkg small shell pasta
    • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
    • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
    • 2 tsp chicken bouillon or 2 cubes chicken bouillon crushed
    • 2 cups cubed chicken breast, cooked and cooled
    • 1 cup sliced celery
    • 1/2 cup halved grapes
    • 1 apple, diced
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well.
    2. In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice, and bouillon; mix well.
    3. In large bowl, combine pasta and remaining ingredients. Add dressing; toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.


    Final Comments


    It makes a pretty salad to use red and green grapes. Serve on lettuce leaf.
