WALDORF PASTA SALAD

List of Ingredients
- 1 - 7 oz pkg small shell pasta
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon or 2 cubes chicken bouillon crushed
- 2 cups cubed chicken breast, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup halved grapes
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well.
- In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice, and bouillon; mix well.
- In large bowl, combine pasta and remaining ingredients. Add dressing; toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
Final Comments
It makes a pretty salad to use red and green grapes. Serve on lettuce leaf.
