    Mimi (Rex's mom) used to fix these alot. They are wonderful!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 can crabmeat
    • 1 stalk celery, minced
    • 1 green onion, minced
    • tomato, sliced
    • English muffins


    Instructions


    1. Mix cream cheese, crabmeat, celery and onion. Place 1 slice of tomato on English muffin and cover with crabmeat mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Enjoy!
