BAKED POTATO TOPPER

- 1 1/2 tsp butter of margarine
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 4 large hot baked potatoes, cut into halves
Instructions
- Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add broccoli, garlic and cumin. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Add cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream to saucepan. Stir well to blend. Add salt and pepper. Spoon over hot baked potato halves and sprinkle with chili powder, if desired.
