    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 tsp butter of margarine
    • 1 cup broccoli florets
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    • 2 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp black pepper
    • 4 large hot baked potatoes, cut into halves


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add broccoli, garlic and cumin. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
    2. Add cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream to saucepan. Stir well to blend. Add salt and pepper. Spoon over hot baked potato halves and sprinkle with chili powder, if desired.
