    GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 2 cans cut green beans
    • 1 small can pimentos
    • 1 small green pepper, chopped
    • 1 lg can mushrooms
    • 1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers


    Instructions


    1. Melt velveeta cheese and add soup, green beans and pimentos.

    2. Saute' mushrooms, green pepper and onion soup in small amount of pepper.

    3. Add to green beans and pour in casserole.

    4. Top with crushed crackers, dotted with butter.

    5. Bake at 350 until bubbly.



    Final Comments


    This was given to me by Rex's mother. She is a great cook and we have really enjoyed this recipe.
