Swedish Meat Balls

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
3/4 c milk
3 tbsp. chopped onion
4 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 c half & half
1 c flourRecipe
Soak bread crumbs in milk
Saute onion in 2 tbsp. of butter untill soft
Add to bread crumbs
Add beef, seasoning, and egg
Form into meat balls about 1 in. in diameter roll in flour
Saute in remaining 2 tbsp. of butter for 10 min or untill lightly browned.
Add half & half cover and simmer gently 5 min.
Remove meat balls to serving dish
Thicken the gravy with 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. of flour blended with an equal amount of water.
Pour gravy over meatballs and serve
