SUE'S SALSA DIP
List of Ingredients
- 2 small cans chopped ripe olives
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
- 2 medium tomatos, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped green onions
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Mix together and marinate the day ahead. Serve with tortilla chips. You may want to wait before adding the tomatoes until the next day as they can make the dip a bit watery.
