List of Ingredients



• 4 ounces Neufchatel or 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
  
• 2 tablespoons chile sauce
  
• 1 teaspoon minced onion
  
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  
• 3 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  
• 1/2 cup sour cream
  
• 3 to 4 drops liquid hot pepper seasoning (optionl)
  
• 1 (2 ounce) jar of chopped pimientos, well drained
  
• Wheat thins or other crackers
  






Instructions



1. Combine the first 9 ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Chill. Serve with Wheat thins crackers or other crackers. Makes about 1 cup.
