    BLENDER FRUIT NOG


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup fresh orange juice
    • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, rasberries, or papaya chunks
    • 1 ice cubes (optional)
    • 1 banana in chunks
    • 2 Tablespoons nonfat dry milk
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • nutmeg
    • sugar or honey to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a blender, combine orange juice, berries or papaya chunks, ice cubes (omit if using frozen fruit, banana, dry milk, and lime juice. Whirl until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey or sugar, then whirl again. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 2 or 3 servings.
    2. The original recipe called for 2 eggs., but with the danger of of salmonella to in raw eggs, I have omitted them.
