Bundt Bread

(Lara’s mother, Nancy, or I make this every time there is a gettogether.)
1 C milk, scalded
1 pkg yeast, dissolved in ¼ C warm water with a sprinkle of sugar added
4 T sugar
1 tsp salt
½ stick butter or margarine
3 ¼ - 4 C flour
Proof yeast. Scald milk, then add sugar, salt, and butter.
Let cool. Then put all in Kitchen Aid and mix until well combined.
Let rise until double. Punch down and roll out. Spread with more melted butter. Cut into triangles then layer into greased bundt pan. Let rise again until double. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
