2 cups quick oats
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch square pan or oven proof dish.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until well blended. Scrape into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes. Cut into 9 squares.
