APPLE CRUMB PIE
List of Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
- 4 or 5 tart apples or two cans of pie sliced apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix the apples, sugar and cinnamon and pour into pie shell.
- Mix together with two table knives or pastry blender until crumbly
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter or margarine
Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 and bake about 30 minutes more until apples are tender.
