BETTER THAN SEX CAKE

Recipe Introduction


This is from a Jell-0 cookbook I have. It will cause much hilarity among your friends when you tell them the name of it.





List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  
• 2/3 cup chopped pecans, divided
  
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
  
• 6 tablespoons sugar
  
• 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  
• 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  
• 2 packages (4 serving size) Jello Vanilla instant Pudding and Pie filling
  
• 1 1/3 cups flake coconut, divided
  
• 1 tub (8 ounce) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
  






Instructions



1. Mix crumbs, 1/3 cup pecans, butter and sugar in 13 x 9 inch pan. Press firmly into bottom of pan. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in 1/2 cup of the milk. Add remaining milk and the pudding mixes. Beat on low speed about 2 minutes. Pour immediately over crust. Spread whipped topping evenly over pudding mixture.
   
   
2. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Toast remaining 1/3 cup coconut and 1/3 pecans and sprinkle over top.
   
   
3. You might want to use chocolate pudding mixs or one of each. Maybe even add some cocoa to the whipped topping. You could even fold in some nuts or coconut. You could use chocolate curls on top.
