ITALIAN LOVE CAKE

This is Angel's aka Jeannie's recipe. I have made it and it is Wonderful.





List of Ingredients



• 1 box fudge marble cake mix
  
• 2 pounds ricotta cheese
  
• 3/4 cup sugar
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 1 3 1/2 ounce box of instant chocolate pudding
  
• 1 cup milk
  
• 1 8 ounce carton whipped topping
  
• 1 teaspoon rum extract (optional)
  






Instructions



1. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
   
2. In a bowl, mix together and stir well; the ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Set aside.
   
3. Mix cake as directed on box and pour into the prepared pan. Spoon the ricotta cheese mixture over the cake.
   
4. Bake in oven for 1 hour. Cool
   
5. Mix pudding with milk and rum extract. Ffold in whipped topping. Spread over cake and refrigerate.
