HAM/ ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE

I have also made this with string beans and it is just as good. I would think you could use sliced carrots or broccoli too. Whatever.
List of Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cups cut and blanched fresh asparagus
- 2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 4 hardcooked eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup chredded chedder cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teasppon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dehydrated
- 2 cups hash brown potatoes
- 6 sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
- 1 can evaporated milk
Instructions
- Mix the first 10 items. (that ends with the salt). Mix the lemon juice, mushroom soup and milk and mix with the first group. Pour in buttered casserole and bake 375 degrees for 24 -30 minutes OR 350 degrees for 1 hour..
