    IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN 'N BROCCOLI PIE

    This can also be made with Ham cut in cubes. The recipe is from a Bisquick booklet.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli or fresh broccoli
    • 3 cups shredded chedder cheese (12 ounces)
    • 1 1/2 cups cut up cooked chicken or ham
    • 3/4 cup chopped onion
    • 1 1/3 cups milk
    • 3 eggs
    • 3/4 cup Bisquick
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Mix broccoli, 2 cups of the cheese, chicken or ham, and onion and place in the pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, bisquick, salt, and pepper until smooth in blender for 15 seconds or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour over meat and cheese mixture. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. About 35 to 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake just until cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes
