    IMPOSSIBLE HAM AND VEGETABLE PIE

    From a Bisquick Booklet.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen green beans, or 2 cans, or fresh green beans or asparagus, cut in chunks and cooked.
    • 1 1/2 cups cubed ham
    • 1 cup shredded Swiss or Chedder cheese
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup Bisquick
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
    • 1 tomato, thinly sliced (optional)
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Spread beans or asparagus and ham in plate. Beat cheese, sour cream, margarine, eggs, and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over bean/ham mixture. Arrange tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    2. Note: Cook the fresh vegetables until tender crisp.
