    PORK CHOP CASSEROLE

    This is my husbands all time favorite. After steak of course.


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 Pork chips, with the fat trimmed off.
    • 3 tablespoons flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    • 1/2 onion sliced
    • 1 can mushroom soup diluted with a little water
    • 1/2 to 1 cup sour cream (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Dredge pork chops in seasoned flour. Brown on both sides in hot cookin oil. Place chops in a flat casserole dish. top with sliced onions. Mix the mushroom soup, a little water, and the sour cream, and pour over the chops. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes until done.
