CROCKPOT CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE

List of Ingredients
4 1/2 pound corned beef brisket
2 onions, quartered
4 potatoes cut into small pieces
1 medium cabbage
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups water
Place corned beef in the crockpot. Cut cabbage into small wedges and place on top of meat. Top with onions and potatoes.
Stir together the water, vinegar, and sugar. Pour over the top and cover.
Cook on HIGH 8 to 9 hours. Recipe
