    TERIYAKI PORK ROAST

    I can't remember where I got this recipe. Maybe even here at Mimis.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely chopped
    • 2 garlic cloves garlic, whole and peeled
    • 1 (12 ounce can apple juice concentrate
    • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
    • 3 to 4 pound pork roast.


    Instructions


    1. Mix the first six ingredients. Pour half into crock pot. Put the pork roast on top of liquid. Pour rest of liquid over roast. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours
    2. Remove from crock pot and shred if you wish. Or you can slice and serve with rice. You can strain the liquid to make a sauce or gravy.
