TERIYAKI STEAK MARINADE
List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar (could use white or honey)
- 3 garlic cloves, mashed or chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced or fresh grated ginger root, or 1 teaspoon ground ginger. Fresh ginger is the best
- 1/4 cup sherry or beef boullion
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Mix together and marinate the steak for 1 1/2 to 3 hours, turning ever so often. I sometimes put the steak and marinade in a zip lock and refrigerate, turning often.
