    TERIYAKI STEAK MARINADE


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 3 teaspoons brown sugar (could use white or honey)
    • 3 garlic cloves, mashed or chopped
    • 2 teaspoons minced or fresh grated ginger root, or 1 teaspoon ground ginger. Fresh ginger is the best
    • 1/4 cup sherry or beef boullion
    • 1/4 cup water


    Instructions


    1. Mix together and marinate the steak for 1 1/2 to 3 hours, turning ever so often. I sometimes put the steak and marinade in a zip lock and refrigerate, turning often.
