CRANBERRY JELLO RECIPE

List of Ingredients
- 1 package (6 ounces) rasberry jello
- 1/4 teasoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash of ground cloves
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 can (16 ounces ) whole berry cranberry sauce
- orange zest
- 2 medium tart apples, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Dissolve jello, salt, cinnamon, and cloves in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and zest. Chill until thickened. Fold in chopped apples and nuts. Pour into mold or square pan. Chill until firm. Unmold or cut in squares. Serve on bed of lettuce.
