CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD RECIPE # 2

List of Ingredients
2 packages (3 ounces each or 1 6 ounce) raspberry Jello
3 cups (maybe a tad less) boiling water
1 can (16 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 can (8 ounces)unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 tart apples, peeled and chopped
2/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
In a large bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in cranberry sauce and lemon juice until blended. Chill until partially set. (will take a while)
Stir in pineapple, celery, chopped apple, and nuts. Pour into 6 up mold or square dish, coated with nonstick cooking spray. Chill until very firm. Recipe
