MANDARIN JELLO SALAD
List of Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) package orange jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cans (11 ounces) mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chunked pineapple or crushed
- 1 cup diced celery
Instructions
- Dissolve jello in boiling water. Drain oranges, measuring and saving syrup. Add water to make 1 1/2 cup of liquid. Add to jello mixture. Blend in mayonnaise. Chill until very thick. Fold in pineapple, oranges, and celery. Pour into mold or square pan. Chill until very firm. Unmold or cut in squares.
