NAPA VALLEY SALAD
List of Ingredients
- 8 cups thinly sliced Chinese cabbage
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 green onion, sliced including the top
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoon dry onion soup mix
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk or half and half
Instructions
- After slicing the cabbage, chill while preparing the dressing.
- In a bowl combine sour cream, onion, soup mix, blue cheese, mayonaise and parsley. Add milk to make a good dressing consistency. Pour dressing over cabbage and sprinkle onions over top. Mix lightly. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
