SUNSET SALAD
List of Ingredients
- 1 package (6 ounces) Orange or Orange/ pineapple jello
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 can (16 ounces) crushed pineapple
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups coarsley grated carrots
- 2/3 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
- Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water. Add undrained pineapple and lemon juice. Chill until very thick. Fold in carrots and pecans. Pour into mold or square pan. chill until firm. Unmold or cut in squares.
