    I cut this recipe in third and it still made a lot.

    List of Ingredients




    1 fully cooked ham
    whole cloves
    3 cans (14 oz each) jellied or whole-berry cranberry sauce
    1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 cups dry red wine or chicken broth
    3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

    Score ham surface about 1/2 inch deep and insert cloves into the surface
    Loosely cover ham with foil and bake 325 degrees for amount of poundage listed, maybe 20 minutes per pound, but check first.

    In a large sauce pan, combine the cranberry sauce, brown sugar and wine. Bring to a boil then reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for about 10 minutes util slightly thickened. Remove from heat; wisk in mustard.

    Pour some sauce over ham. Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer. let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve the rest with the ham.
