HASH BROWN POTATO BAKE
I have seen this recipe in cookbooks, newspapers and on the internet. AND it is really good. No wonder everyone prints it.
List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potaoes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 8 ounces sharp chedder cheese, shredded
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
Instructions
- Thaw potatoes for about 30 minutes or in the microwave for a few minutes. Mix all the ingredients except potato chips together. Place in a 9 x 13 inch greased flat baking dish. Spread crushed potato chips on top. Bake 375 degees for 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12.
