    MAKE AHEAD MASHED POTATOES

    List of Ingredients


    • Several large potatoes
    • 1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
    • 8 ounces sour cream
    • 2 teaspoon onion salt
    • 1 stick butter, softened
    • Paprika


    Instructions


    1. Peel and cook potaotes until soft. Mash the potatoes, but do not add any milk. Mix together the onion, salt, sour cream, cream cheese and butter. Whip until potatoes are fluffy with electric mixer.

    2. But into a buttered baking dish and dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

    3. You may cover and refrgerate for up to 2 weeks. Take it out about an hour before and let come to room temperature.
