    Apple Graham Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups graham cracler crumbs [about 32 squares]
    • 3/4 cup sugar,divided
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted
    • 4 cups sliced peeled tart apples [about 4 med]
    • 1 tsp cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs,1/4 cup sugar and butter until crumbly; press two-thirds onto the bottom and up the side of a microwave safe pie plate. Set remaining crumbs aside.
    2. In a bowl; toss apple with cinnamon and remaining sugar. Arrange in crust;sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Microwave,uncovered, on high for 8 minutes. Rotate. Cook another 7-8 minutes longer or until apples are tender. Cool on a wire rack.
