Buttermilk Chocoltae Sheet Cake

2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup water
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extractRecipe
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Grease a 15x10x1 or 13x9 inch baking pan,set aside. Combine flour sugar,baking soda and salt,set aside.
In medium sauce pan, combine butter, cocoa powder and 1 cup water.Bring mixture just to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add the choc. mixture to the dry mixture and beat with an electric mixer on medium to high speed until throroughly combined. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Beat for 1 min.(batter will be thin) Pour batter into prepared pan.
Cup cakes, butter tins and flour with cocoa powder, fill just to below the top.(16 muffins). Bake 25 min. cake. 20-25 for cupcakes
