Cream Cheese Pie
Serves 10 to 12
List of Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, finely crumbled
- 1/3 cup margarine, melted
- Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 1/2 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Filling:
- 4 packages [3oz ea] cream cheese,whipped
- 2 eggs,beaten
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Crust: Throughly combine cracker crumbs and margarine. Pat firmly into 9" pie pan.
- Filling: Combine ingredients and beat until light and frothy. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degreess for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Topping: Blend topping ingredients and spread evenly over entire surface. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate at least 5 hours bfore serving.
