    Lazy Dazy Cake


    List of Ingredients


    • Yellow cake mix. [Bake as per instructions.
    • Topping:
    • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
    • 1/2 cup firm packed brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup rolled oats
    • 3 tbs skim milk
    • 2 tbs melted butter


    Instructions


    1. Mix ingredients together and spread on cooled cake and place under broiler 1 or 2 minutes. WATCH CLOSLEY
