Nan's Creamy Cheese Cake




List of Ingredients



• Crust:
  
• 1 cup zweiback toast [baby toast],crush
  
• 1 cup graham cracker, crumbs
  
• 1 tsp cinnamon
  
• 2 tbs sugar
  
• 1 stick butter, melted
  
• Filling:
  
• 3 large softened cream cheese
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  
• Top Layer:
  
• 1 large sour cream [8oz]
  
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
  
• 3 tbs sugar
  






Instructions



1. Crust: Mix and press in a spring form pan and bake 375 8 min. Cool
   
   
2. Filling: Mix and pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Center will be slightly shaky. Cool
   
   
3. Top layer: Mix and pour over cooled filling mixture. Bake at 500 degrees 5 min. Cool and then refrigerate.
