Raw Apple Cake

List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil.
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 2 tsp vanilla
  
• 1 tsp baking soda
  
• 1 cup chopped nuts
  
• 2 cups sugar
  
• 3 cups diced apples. [ about 4 medium]
  
• 3 cups flour
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• 1 tsp cinnamon
  
• Frosting:
  
• 3 oz cream cheese
  
• 1/2 cup butter
  
• 2 tsp vanilla
  
• 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients well together.
   
2. Pour batter in a 9x13" pan and bake for 1 hour at 350.degrees. Cool and frost
