    List of Ingredients


    • 8 slices white bread w/o crust
    • 3/4 pound of grated sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 1/2 pounds of sausage links, cooked
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 1/2 cups milk plus 1-2 tbs milk
    • 3/4 tsp mustard
    • salt to taste
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can mushrooms, drain


    Instructions


    1. Cube bread, top with cooked, cut up sausage and cheese. Place in 9 x13 dish.
    2. Mix eggs,milk,mustard and salt together, beat and pour over casserole, let stand over night.
    3. Next day mix soup,mushrooms,add 1-2 tbs milk to smooth soup. Pour over casserole.
    4. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hour or until gets brown.
