Egg Sausage Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread w/o crust
- 3/4 pound of grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 pounds of sausage links, cooked
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk plus 1-2 tbs milk
- 3/4 tsp mustard
- salt to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms, drain
Instructions
- Cube bread, top with cooked, cut up sausage and cheese. Place in 9 x13 dish.
- Mix eggs,milk,mustard and salt together, beat and pour over casserole, let stand over night.
- Next day mix soup,mushrooms,add 1-2 tbs milk to smooth soup. Pour over casserole.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hour or until gets brown.
