    1 teaspoon veg or olive oil
    1/4 cup red bell pepper
    1/2 cup onions
    1/2 teaspoon garlic
    1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
    1/2 to 3/4 soup can of half & half
    2 cans tuna fish drained
    1 small can black olives drained
    3/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2-3 cups of cooked elbow macaroni drained

    1 cup crushed potato chips for topping

    In small skillet add oil and peppers, onions. Cook till just starting to brown and add garlic, cook for a min more, put aside to cool for a moment. In a mixing bowl put cream of soup, half & half, drained tuna mix well. Add olives, pepper/onion/garlic mix and cheddar cheese and stir. Add cooked elbow macaroni, salt and pepper and mix till blended. Pour all in to a lightly greased loaf pan and top with crushed potato chips. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30-35 min. Serve warm.
