    List of Ingredients


    • 2 ripe bananas
    • 5 large eggs
    • 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    • 3 cups skim milk
    • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 12 cups white bread crumbs
    • 1/2 cup raisins


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly butter 13x9 inch baking dish.
    2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
    3. Shisk in the eggs until combined. Add the brown sugar, milk and vanilla; mix until well-blended.
    4. Add the bread cubes and raisins; toss to moisten the cubes with the mixture.
    5. Scrape the mixture into the prepared dish.
    6. bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the mixture is set. serve warm.
    7. cover and refrigerate any leftovers for up to 5 days; to serve, reheat.
