    Peach Cobbler


    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 stick butter [6 tbs or 1/3 cup]
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 [1 #] can peaches
    • 1 cup bisquick


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven 350.
    2. Melt butter in 2 qt casserole dish.
    3. Mix together milk,sugar,bisquick ,baking powder,salt and vanilla. Pour mixture over melted butter and then pour the peaches, including juice, on top of batter. Do not stir.
    4. Bake 325 degrees about 1 hour or brown on top.
