- 1 package cherry jellow
- 1 package lime jello
- 1 #21/2 Lg. can fruit cocktail
- 1 envelope knox gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 3/4 c. fruit coctail syrup [drain fruit and save 3/4 cup and use rest in making jello
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 small package cream cheese
Instructions
- Make cherry jello in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Add 1/2 can fruit coctail. Put in refrigerator until set.
- Middle layer: Pour 1/4 cup cold water over the gelatin. Let stand 5 min. Heat to boiling the 3/4 cups that was drained off. Pour over gelatin. Now add the package of cream cheese, beat with beater until smooth. Add the mayo and stir again until smooth. Pour the mixture over the cherry jello. [Be sure the first layer is hard set.] Put back in frig. until set.
- Top Layer: Put remaining 1/2 can of fruit in the lime jello. [Make the lime jello as the ones before.] Add this as your top layer. This can be made a day before serving.
