Rueben Sandwich




List of Ingredients



• 2 slices rye bread
  
• 1/2 pound corned beef
  
• 1/4 pound swiss cheese
  
• 4 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  
• 4 oz Russian dressing
  
• Russian Dressing:
  
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  
• 1/2 cup chili sauce
  
• 1 tbs drained horseradish
  
• 1 tbs pickles,sweet and sour, chopped
  
• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  
• 1/8 tsp pepper

1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients until blended.
