    Serves 8-10


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (16oz ) cans kidney beans
    • 2 (16) cans pinto beans
    • 2 (16 oz) cans black beans
    • 2 pounds of lean ground beef
    • 1 small chopped yellow onion
    • 1 small chopped green pepper
    • 1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
    • 1(6oz) tomato paste
    • 3 tsp chili powder
    • 1-1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp garlic salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • 1/2 tsp cumin
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    • Sour cream for garnish


    Instructions


    1. In a large pan, combine beef,onion,green pepper and chili powder.
    2. Cook until meat is browned. Drain off excess grease. Stir in remaining ingred.,except sour cream.
    3. Simm on low heeat for 20 min. Serve with sour cream dollop.
