Bushe's Best Bean Chili Recipe

Serves 8-10
List of Ingredients
- 2 (16oz ) cans kidney beans
- 2 (16) cans pinto beans
- 2 (16 oz) cans black beans
- 2 pounds of lean ground beef
- 1 small chopped yellow onion
- 1 small chopped green pepper
- 1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1(6oz) tomato paste
- 3 tsp chili powder
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Sour cream for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pan, combine beef,onion,green pepper and chili powder.
- Cook until meat is browned. Drain off excess grease. Stir in remaining ingred.,except sour cream.
- Simm on low heeat for 20 min. Serve with sour cream dollop.
