    Cabbage Soup

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 medium cabbage
    • 1 large onion
    • 1 large pared potato
    • 3 cups skimmed milk
    • 2 tbs butter or margarine
    • salt and pepper
    • .


    Instructions


    1. Shread cabbage. Thin slice onion and potato.

    2. Place veg. in a dutch oven with small amount of water.
      Cover and cook slowly intil tender.

    3. Mash to pulp, cabbage should retain some texture.

    4. Add milk, butter, slat and pepper. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
