French Onion Soup

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups sweet onions [thin slice]
- 1 garlic clove,fine dice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 1/2 cups water
- 8 beef bouillon cubes
Instructions
- In a large sauce pan,cook onion and garlic in butter until onions glazed brown.[takes a long time to carmelize] Add water and bouillon,bring to a boil,reduce heat and simmer 30 min. to blend flavors
