Haddock Chowder

List of Ingredients
- 2# of haddock
- 2 cups raw potatoes 1" cubes
- 3 tbs veg. oil or 3 strips bacon
- 1 med. onion sliced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbs butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Bring to boil, 4 cups of water or to cover fish. Simmer about 15 min. Remove fish from pot and reserve 3 cups of broth. Add potatoes and cook to till tender. Not soft.
- Saute onion in oil about 10 min. Add all ingredients to pot. Heat to boiling. Serve
