Nan's Egg Drop Soup
List of Ingredients
- 2 20 oz cans chicken broth
- 1/4 cjup corn starch
- 1 carrot, minced
- Garlic salt to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs [I use egg substitute]
- 1 green onion,chopped
Instructions
- In a sauce pan, heat chicen broth. Stir in corn starch. Add minced carrot,garlic salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Turn off the flame and cool just slightly.
- In another bowl,beat two eggs well. Add eggs to hot soup mixture slowly, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Add finely chopped green onion. Serve and enjoy!
