    Nan's Egg Drop Soup


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 20 oz cans chicken broth
    • 1/4 cjup corn starch
    • 1 carrot, minced
    • Garlic salt to taste
    • Pepper, to taste
    • 2 eggs [I use egg substitute]
    • 1 green onion,chopped


    Instructions


    1. In a sauce pan, heat chicen broth. Stir in corn starch. Add minced carrot,garlic salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
    2. Turn off the flame and cool just slightly.
    3. In another bowl,beat two eggs well. Add eggs to hot soup mixture slowly, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Add finely chopped green onion. Serve and enjoy!
