List of Ingredients
- 2 pkg 20oz frozen corn [thawed]
- 8oz [1/2 pint] whipping cream]
- 4oz milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp accent
- 6 tsp sugar
- white pepper
- 2 tbs flour
- 2 tbs butter
Instructions
- Defrost corn, add all the other ingredents except the flour and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Mix the butter and flour to make a rouge. Stir into the corn mixture, simmer a few minutes to thicken and serve.
Final Comments
This recipe can be used with drained can corn. That is what I use. You can also use this sauce for other vegetables to your liking.
