    This a wonderful holiday dish. You will get raves from your company.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pkg 20oz frozen corn [thawed]
    • 8oz [1/2 pint] whipping cream]
    • 4oz milk
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp accent
    • 6 tsp sugar
    • white pepper
    • 2 tbs flour
    • 2 tbs butter


    Instructions


    1. Defrost corn, add all the other ingredents except the flour and butter. Bring to a boil.
    2. Mix the butter and flour to make a rouge. Stir into the corn mixture, simmer a few minutes to thicken and serve.


    Final Comments


    This recipe can be used with drained can corn. That is what I use. You can also use this sauce for other vegetables to your liking.
