    Nana's Company Cake

    While serving dinner, this can be baking in the oven... to pour on the icing just in time for the final course!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Can Crushed Pineapple
    • 1 Cup Sugar
    • 1 Cup Flour
    • 1/2 Cup Crushed Pecans
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Blend all ingredients together.
    2. Pour into buttered/floured glass 9x13.
    3. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
    4. Pour Cream Cheese Icing over warm cake*
