    2 cucumbers
    2 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (rm. temp)
    Good Seasoning garlic & herb dressing mix (dry)
    2 loaves cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread
    fresh dill (optional)

    Recipe



    Mix dressing & soft cream cheese well. Spread on cocktail bread. Run a fork down the sides of an washed,unpeeled cucumber. Thinly slice cucumber. Lay one slice over each piece of bread. Top with a pinch of dill, if desired. Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
